Cacao Granola Pie

We'll make this one look a little bit more like an actual recipe, because we have to.
For Crust:
1 cup almonds
1 cup walnuts
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
For Filling:
1 pint of Cacao Snow Monkey
Directions:
1. Blend the almonds and walnuts together in a food processor until they become a chunky powder
2. Add the remaining filling ingredients into the food processor, blending until the mixture is wet and slicks
3. Spread the filling into a pie tin and mold as desired
4. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until sides are slightly brown, let cool for 1 hour
5. Add the pint of Cacao Snow Monkey on top of the pie crust and spread
6. Freeze the pie for about 1 hour, or until ready to indulge!

Snow Monkey Banana Bread

Another one that has to look like a real recipe.
Ingredients:
6 pasture raised eggs
1/2 cup honey or agave
1/2 cup Cinnamon or Cacao Snow Monkey
1/4 cup butter or butter alternative
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups coconut flour
2 large mashed bananas
Cinnamon and cardamom to taste
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, coat the loaf pan with butter. Mash the bananas and set them aside. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, vanilla, honey or agave, melted butter and Snow Monkey (we recommend you soften it first) and stir. Slowly mix in the coconut flour, then the mashed bananas, and then combine all ingredients. Stir until well mixed and pour into the loaf pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes and call yourself Betty Crocker.

Matcha Latte Milkshake

Back to the easy stuff. Put 3/4 cup of your milk-of-choice, 2 spoonfuls of honey or agave, and 1 tsp vanilla extra in a blender. Give all that a quick mix. Then add 3-4 scoops of Matcha Green Tea Snow Monkey and blend until smooth. Top it with whip cream, drink it out of the blender, give it to grandma - we don't care what you do with it, but enjoy!
