Nothing like a refreshing post-workout pick-me-up.
Step 1 - Put the following into a blender:
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 scoops of Passion Fruit Snow Monkey
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
Step 2 - Add a splash of your favorite milk
Step 3 - Top it off with banana, pineapple, blueberries, strawberries, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and puffed mullet.
