Coconut Almond Butter Strawberry Ice Cream Cake Bars

^ That's a mouthful, but we promise these are worth the elaborate name.

 

Ingredients:

4 coconut + almond butter + chocolate chip Go Macro bars

1 pint Strawberry Snow Monkey

1/2 cup chocolate chips

 

Directions:

1. Unwrap & microwave bars for 15 seconds.

2. Add to a food processor and process until they form a doughy ball.

3. Press into lined pan.

4. Thaw ice cream and spread over crust.

5. Freeze.

6. Melt chocolate chips and pour over.

7. Freeze again until set.
