Cold Brew Smoothie Bowl

For when you need an extra boost of energy.

Recipe:

Step 1 - Put the following in a blender:

     - 1/2 cup of mocha cold brew in a blender

     - 1 cup of frozen riced cauliflower

     - 1/4 cup Chocolate Snow Monkey

     - 1 scoop of vegan protein powder

Step 2 - Blend until smooth

Step 3 - Top with cacao nibs, coconut flakes & granola
