Courtney Conlogue's Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake

A World-renowned recipe straight from Court's Cafe.

 

Ingredients:

     - 2 scoops of Maple Cinnamon Snow Monkey (option to top with more)

     - 1/4 cup pumpkin puree

     - 1 1/4 cup milk or milk alternative of choice (add more to thin out)

     - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

     - 1 tsp pumpkin spice (or more cinnamon) 

 Directions:

     1. Place all ingredient into a blender and blend until smooth

     2. Pour into a glass, top with additional scoops of Maple Cinnamon Snow Monkey if you wish, and dig in
