COVID-19: Our Response & Updated Policies
It goes without saying that we are living in unprecedented times. However, whether we are at Snow Monkey HQ or working from home, our team's commitment to making sure our Tribe is well-fueled and well-nourished is unwavering.
Snow Monkey is a product that is both nutrient-dense and, while frozen, shelf-stable up to 18 months. It is packed with vitamins and antioxidants that support the immune system, and enable our bodies to function optimally. Now more than ever, we all need to fuel our bodies mindfully and our team is honored to be able to provide each of you with delicious products that do just that.

Both our e-commerce and manufacturing facilities remain in operation at this time. We are closely monitoring updated regulations and guidelines put forth by the CDC and FDA regarding the handling and manufacturing of food products during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Although there is no evidence at this time that COVID-19 can be transmitted through food products, our teams continue to prioritize the health, hygiene and sanitation of our facilities and facility workers.

All orders are currently taking 5-7 business days to process and ship.
As a result of safer-at-home orders and increased out-of-stocks at grocery stores across the country, we have seen a surge in e-commerce orders.
This is great and we are proud to be able to serve our Tribe during this time, however, we ask for your patience and understanding while we work to fulfill these orders in a timely manner. There are a number of factors that go into order fulfillment, including being able to source dry ice from local businesses, that have all been impacted in one way or another. Everyone is doing what they can to keep business as usual, but during this time we ask you give us an extra few days to get your order to you.
